Brewing is as simple as putting your tea bag in hot water and letting it steep for 10-15 minutes. No further blending or processing needed! Our active mushrooms have been blended to a ultra-fine powder to allow for a quicker brewing time compared to other mushroom teas. 

 

Step 1: Open package and place tea bag in mug or other heat resistant vessel

 

Step 2: Boil Water

 

Step 3: Let boiling water sit at room temperature for 1-2 minutes. This is to allow the water cool slightly

 

Step 4: Pour water into mug 

 

Step 5: Let tea steep for 15 minutes

*add honey, maple syrup, or any other sweetner of choice if desired

**Pro Tip: Adding lemon and/or ginger at Step 5 can reduce the chance of experiencing nausea or upset stomach. Allow to steep with the tea bag.

 

Step 6: Remove tea bag and enjoy

 

Step 7: Compost tea bag and recycle remaining packaging

This is tea contains either 50mg or 100mg depending on what option you select. Both of these options are considered microdoses. 

 

You may feel increased focus, decreased addictive tendencies, happiness and satisfaction, sharpened mind, increased creativity, increased flow of thoughts, and increased problem solving ability.

 

Effects may take approximately 30 minutes to kick and last for 2-6 hours. Depending on your sensitivity level, effects may be felt operating subtly in the background or felt very obviously.

Twice a week is a great place to start. For example, if you take a microdose on Monday morning, your next microdose would be Thursday morning. This is to allow your body to integrate the effects, metabolize the existing psilocybin, and prepare the receptors for the next dose. But  every body is different so feel free to experiement and play around with what frequency works for you.

 

Although the immediate effects of a microdose last approximately 2-6 hours, the lasting benefit can last for days. Over time, you may also feel like you no longer need to microdose! That is great! Whenever you do feel like you need it again, start back as normal.
