Brewing is as simple as putting your tea bag in hot water and letting it steep for 10-15 minutes. No further blending or processing needed! Our active mushrooms have been blended to a ultra-fine powder to allow for a quicker brewing time compared to other mushroom teas. 

 

Step 1: Open package and place tea bag in mug or other heat resistant vessel

 

Step 2: Boil Water

 

Step 3: Let boiling water sit at room temperature for 1-2 minutes. This is to allow the water cool slightly

 

Step 4: Pour water into mug 

 

Step 5: Let tea steep for 15 minutes

*add honey, maple syrup, or any other sweetner of choice if desired

**Pro Tip: Adding lemon and/or ginger at Step 5 can reduce the chance of experiencing nausea or upset stomach. Allow to steep with the tea bag.

 

Step 6: Remove tea bag and enjoy

 

Step 7: Compost tea bag and recycle remaining packaging

You may feel incredible body sensations, and well as increased eurphoria and feelings of wellbeing. However as with anything, each person's experience may be different. 

Effects may take approximately 30 minutes to kick in and last for 2-6 hours. Depending on your sensitivity level, effects may be felt operating subtly in the background or felt very obviously.
