SHIPPING POLICY
At Forest Treats, we value products that are as fresh as possible to ensure you get the most out of the experience. All of our mushrooms are freshly ground and every product is made to order. This ensures that you are getting a highly potent product that can give you the maximal amount of benefits.
Because of this, all our products are shipped 1-2 days after your order is confirmed. This equates to a slight delay, but we think it is absolutely worth the wait.
To make things less complicated and as transparent as possible, we have a flat $10 shipping fee. This includes domestic delivery across Canada, as well as local hand delivery across the Lower Mainland of BC. If your order is over $50, then shipping is FREE!
Delivery times:
Lower Mainland (Vancouver, Surrey, Delta, Burnaby, Coquitlam, New Westminster, Richmond): 1-2 business days
Rest of Canada: up to 7 business days

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We strive to be transparent and honest with our customers, offering detailed product descriptions. Although we would love to offer you free returns, we are unable to do so at this time. We try super hard to ensure you receive the best quality product but if you are not satisfied, let us know and we'll try to make it right!
